We are looking for a relentless, sharp, and outgoing individual to join us as our
**Talent Partner (Tech & Web3)**.

You will be working in the Corporate Team in our Singapore office, and reporting to our Head of Corporate.

**Roles & Responsibilities**- Partner hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand Treehouse’s strategic direction and take charge of Treehouse’s talent acquisition efforts-
- Work closely with our Talent Partner in Vietnam and future locations to ensure that our hiring needs are fulfilled in a timely manner-
- Implement creative and effective ideas to attract talent across our existing pipelines, as well as grow new onesWork closely with the Corporate Team to develop a talent acquisition strategy and talent cultivation channels**Skills & Requirements**- Excellent people skills, comfortable working with remote teams-
- Close attention to detail-
- A good understanding of DeFi / blockchain technology-
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment-
- 4-5 years of experience as a Tech Talent Recruiter-
- Minimally a Bachelor's degree-
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with people outside the workplace-
