Assitant Accountant

**Responsibilities**:
- You are required to carry out such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you in the areas of accounting tax and related activities inclusing administrative task
- You shall at times faithfully and diligently attend to these to the best of your ability and to the interest of the company
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Ensure all records for outgoing and incoming dunds are updated
- Ensure all documents are well controlled and documented as per company policy for easy retrieval
- Checking and processing reimbursement of petty cash
- Arrange cheque collection and bank-in cheque received and postage of Invoices
- Liaise with Suppliers
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Top Management
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting and Finance is a must
- Certificates in accounting and related field
- Work experience as an Accountant is a must
- Familiarity with Finance regulations
- Well-versed in Ms Office, espcially MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive personality and disposition, with good working attitude
