**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage demolition activities, ensuring that work is planned, implemented, and monitored according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors,the main contractor, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Identify, address, and resolve any site issues or challenges that arise during demolition.
- Manage and control workers,ensuring their tasks are performed efficiently and safely on-site.
- Ensure compliance with the Method Statement throughout the demolition process.
- Attend Daily Tool-Box Meetings and provide clear instructions to the team to ensure safe practices and smooth operations.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong team player with a proactive approach, able to work effectively under pressure.
- Independent, diligent, and self-motivated with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in site supervision of demolition works.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Familiarity with wiresaw cutter and waterjet cutter methods for demolition is a must.
