We are looking for a skilled **Oracle Opera POS/PMS Support Specialist**to join a global leader in commerce technology, supporting the hospitality and F&B sectors. This role is based in Singapore and involves delivering **L1 & L2 technical support**for **Oracle Opera PMS**, **Micros POS**, and **payment integration systems**.
You will be the key contact for hotel operations teams, helping to resolve system issues, support payments, and ensure business continuity across properties. This role requires both technical troubleshooting and customer-facing communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **Level 1 and Level 2 technical support**for:
- Oracle Opera PMS
- Micros 3700 POS / Symphony
- Integrated payment solutions (e.g., Planet, 3C, Oracle Payment Interface Cloud)
- Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution within service-level agreements (SLA)
Support configuration, deployment, and **go-live**of POS/PMS systems and payment terminals
- Work closely with hotel and resort staff to deliver support, training, and system updates
- Collaborate with internal tech teams and third-party vendors to manage system escalations
- Document payment workflows, integration issues, and resolution procedures
- Analyze POS and payment data to identify improvements and reduce recurring issues
**Requirements**:
**Essential**:
- 2-5 years of experience supporting POS/PMS systems, preferably in hospitality
- Hands-on experience with **Oracle Opera PMS**, **Micros 3700**, or **Symphony**:
- Exposure to **payment system integration and support**:
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users (e.g., hotel front desk/F&B staff)
- Strong troubleshooting, issue-tracking, and documentation skills
**Good to Have**:
- Familiarity with payment platforms such as **Planet**, **3C**, or **Oracle OPI Cloud**:
- Hospitality or F&B industry background
- Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)

**Salary Range**:
SGD **6,500 - 8,000**per month, plus **15% annual profit-sharing bonus**based on performance
