Operations Executive

We are looking for an **Operations Executive **to join our** Operations Team **and execute the delivery of our Tenant Management Solutions. You might be the one we are looking for What you will be doing: - Assist in various projects that aim to improve operational processes. This involves setting project timelines, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule - Work together with Customer Operations and manage the tenant move-in and move-out process for key account customers - Coordinate with our vendors for meter installation, meter reading, invoices and meter-related issues. Be available on-site where required to oversee new project implementation - In collaboration with Sales and Customer Operations, attend to customer’s enquiries and troubleshoot customer’s issues - Own and coordinate the landlord and tenant invoicing process and assist customer operations in addressing landlord and tenant billing-related queries - Participate in process, system improvement discussion and development for tenant management solutions - Assist in various projects that aim to improve operational processes.
