Financial Analyst, Media Incentives

You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support. - As a Financial Analyst for Media Incentives, you will partner closely with APAC Go-to-Market (GTM) to drive commercialization of media incentive agreement with our key advertising partners. You will own the Finance workstreams for commercials programs and work with a cross-functional team including Sales, Operations, GTM, Accounting, Compliance and Legal to manage media incentives programs that cut across advertising products. You will manage media incentives programs including agreement modeling and accountability reviews. The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business. **Responsibilities**: - Provide finance guidance on the design and implementation of Google’s media incentives programs to ensure they are driving growth, while minimizing cost, risk, and operational complexity. - Lead performance and effectiveness of incentive programs to generate concise recommendations to management. - Build network with teams across sales, operations and finance (e.g., business accounting) to manage a wide range of operational questions. - Support the operational requirements of Google's media incentives programs in APAC from a finance perspective, including agreement modeling, approving commercial terms and agreement reviews.
