**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with regional and local teams to:

- Define campaigns objectives and recommend appropriate mechanics, metrics and targets
- Analyze and derive insights on market and customers’ needs to identify untapped opportunities, enhance promotion strategy and product developments
- Monitor and analyze promotion mechanism performances and derive learnings for future campaigns optimizations
- Coordinate best practices and knowledge sharing among markets
- Support end-to-end implementation of promotion features launch and enhancements, including preparation of guide and education of local team
- Drive operational efficiencies on promotion planning by developing deep understanding of workflows, operational challenges and local markets nuances
- Support in resolving potential buyer fraud issues and ensure that appropriate controls are implemented by Buyer Fraud team
- Use your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify trends, conduct root cause analyses, and generate high-impact, ad-hoc analyses.
- Work with the Promotions and Discounting manager to ensure close monitoring of promotion budgets and performances regionally to ensure optimized spends within budget
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- BSc degree from a top university from Business, Analytics, business intelligence or other relevant fields
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce or other similar domains
- Proven track records and experience in planning, implementing and maintaining Loyalty program
- Go-getter attitude, willing to immerse themselves in the business, with a proactive approach to getting things done
- Superior organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, and the flexibility to adapt to changing scope and evolving business requirements
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills to manage priorities with tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
- Proven track record of delivering insightful and actionable analyses and recommendations to drive business improvements
