About the role

Fabulous General Trading & Consultant Pte Ltd is seeking a Part Time Sales Promoter to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales at our store located in the Bencoolen Central Region.

For a start, the working hours are every Saturday from 12.00 noon to 08.00 pm (subject to change).

This part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work alongside a fun, welcoming team.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers, providing product recommendations and advice
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Processing sales transactions in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Restocking and organising product displays
  • Providing feedback and insights to the management team to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in sport footwear retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
