**STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION MANAGER, APAC BES**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Strategy & Transformation Manager, APAC BES**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Responsibilities & Tasks**

PMO
- Develop and implement projects from the PMO at Regional level (APAC incl China)
- Derive Strategy and Transformation implementation, this includes change management.
- Collaborate with the BES organisation to prioritize projects and change management aspects.

Strategy & Business Development
- Regionalize corporate projects on Sustainability program implementation.
- Identify (incubation) and work with the BES team on regional growth projects: new products, emerging industries (H2, EV )
- Identify, quantify and develop organic growth projects.
- Support implementation on Strategy “must Win Battles’
- Provide ‘in house’ consulting on new product/business leads.
- Identify project needs and develop detailed timeline for completion.
- Keep track of projects’ progress and ensure timely completion.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Requirements and Experience**
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration or similar with minimum 5 years’ experience in M&A/Due Diligence processes
- Strong project management, analytical ability, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Risk Management
- Ability to exercise commercial and business acumen
- Hands on, willing to deal with details and is meticulous
- Resourceful and able to work independently; ability to work in matrix structure.
- Ability to work with tight timelines and challenges.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and people management skills and can be a strong business partner for internal stakeholders.
- Team player with drive and positive attitude
- Excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills (English a must, Mandarin a plus)
