1. Handle all warehouse activities.
2. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
3. Perform regular stock checks in the internal and external warehouse.
4. Perform data entry for receiving and the issue of goods.
5. Assist in issues related to warehouse/productions.
6. Perform general housekeeping of the warehouse.
7. Packing and picking of goods.
8. Load and unload goods.
9. Help to arrange shipment or delivery of customer's orders.
10. Liaise with outsourced delivery team or shipping team to ensure prompt deliveries of customer orders.
11. Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
12. Maintain updated records of orders and customers.
13. Ensure that all shipments are invoiced accurately and promptly.
14. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

**Job Requirement**:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing operations.
2. Have basic computer literacy skills.
3. Good personality and working attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Lower Secondary Qualification (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
