**Role Summary**:

- Responsible for transforming production operations by driving product fixes and improving operational efficiency.
- They will be responsible to manage and resolve system alerts, complex user support tickets and production incidents.
- They will be required to articulate functional and technical aspects of production issue and collaborate with Business or Engineering teams on efficient solutions or automations.

**Requirement**:

- Senior level Development experience in any technology Java
- Strong experienced in various databases
- Should be willing to support the ask is not for full time support but on rota basis
- Open to learn and adapt to available technologies in QISRole Description DB infrastructure uplift Sybase DB2 Technological uplift JAVA JDK PERL TOMCAT etc.
- Good To have Linux knowledge Shell scripting Perl scripting Database knowledge Python

**Requirements**:

- Degree in IT or related field
- 5 years of relevant technical support or DevOps experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Incident and Problem management
- Experience with SQL (DB2/Sybase), Unix, Java, Autosys, Shell script or Python
- Experience in Financial services industry
- Knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools like GIT, Jenkins etc.
