Job Description and Responsibility:
The Sales Manager - EPC will be working with the local vertical sales team located in Singapore. The person will report to the Head of Vertical Sales.

The main tasks of the sales manager - EPC will be as follows:

- Track and win high value projects while maintaining good relationship with the client stakeholders.
- Plan sales target, attend sales meetings and execute account management using CRM tools.
- Lead the preparation of the technical and commercial proposals for automation solution using the internal OC, PMD or other tools.
- Review tender documents and organize the scope of work for the respective teams to work on.
- Coordinate with the Global Engineering Center for bill of material and engineering efforts.
- Work with the procurement team for pricing of 3rd party components.
- Preparation of commercial costing sheet for management LoA meeting and approval.
- Involve in customer meetings, site surveys and other activities required for successful sales closure.
- Verify that the proposal is complete and according to the customer requirement. This will include design, writeup, deviation list, control architecture and target price.
- Participate in the negotiation meeting and win with the required ebit.
- Work closely with the project team early to ensure smooth handover.
- Participate in hand over meetings with project execution team.
- Maintain a healthy project opportunity pipeline in the CRM and update the market intelligence.

Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in automation industry with successful sales record in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or science related discipline (e.g. Electrical engineering, Controls/Process engineering).
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English is a must.
- Good knowledge in Simatic S7/WinCC, PCS 7, MS-office, Visio, MS Project & Sales Force.
- Multi-lingual speaking and writing will be considered as an advantage.
- Highly sales motivated with strong character to perform under pressure and meet tight sales schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel overseas if required.
- Ability to work in multicultural environment.
