**Opportunity Overview**

The Commercial Operations Specialist, Asia Pacific, will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction across the APAC region. This role will focus on optimizing sales strategies, enabling sellers and partners, and ensuring the consistent execution of global sales processes. The position will serve as a primary point of contact for regional commercial operations, working closely with global stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights.

**Funnel Management & Forecasting**:

- Support the focus on funnel management and account management to drive forecast accuracy.
- Organize and drive regional sales forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with global standards.

**Reporting & Strategic Insights**:

- Act as the local point of contact for reporting and insights for global commercial stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key metrics, including target account tracking, large account, and OEM account structure in Salesforce.

**Sales Budget & Annual Planning**:

- Lead the regional sales budget planning process and execution.
- Support the deployment and execution of seller and partner incentive plans (IIP/EPP).

**Sales Enablement & Governance**:

- Drive sales enablement initiatives by creating high-performing teams through targeted training and support.
- Communicate governance standards and ensure consistent execution of sales processes.

**Operational Support**:

- Manage regional inputs for strategic initiatives, ensuring business accountability to committed actions and targets.

**Ad-Hoc Support**:

- Offer ad-hoc cross-functional support, including deal desk, discount management, inventory management, and order processing.

- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or a related role
- Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and funnel management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced excel reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of driving sales enablement and governance initiatives.
- Familiarity with APAC markets and regional business practices.
