- Min 2 - 5 years working experience
- Diploma in Accountancy
- Experienced working with MYOB/ABSS
- Able to handle full set of accounts GL, AP, AR, Inter Company transactions
- Good verbal, written and negotiation skills in order to manage the accounts efficiently
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliation
- Issuing of Invoices, receipts, credit notes, payment vouchers, cheques
- Monitoring debtors’ aging reports, prepare monthly statement of accounts and go to customers’ premises for payment collection, when necessary
- Meticulous, able to work independently, have initiative, able to meet the tight reporting deadline and handle stress full situation
- To prepare schedule/documents for year-end audit
- To keep up to date fixed assets register
