Asst Manager/ Snr Executive, Volunteer Management

Singapore HCA Hospice Care Full time

**What You Will Do**:
The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing HCA Hospice training programmes for the volunteers, as well as developing the volunteer development pathways.

The scope of work will generally encompass duties in:

- Conducts orientation for new volunteers to provide an overview of HCA and the types of volunteering opportunities.
- Develops onboarding programme to welcome new volunteers and ensure that they understand their duties and roles.
- Works with the respective departments to plan and coordinate role-based or on-the-job trainings on competencies and skills needed, to prepare volunteers for their roles.
- Organises continuous training workshops to promote the growth and development of volunteers, providing learning opportunities for volunteers to gain new knowledge and skills.
- Gathers feedback and looks into improvement or development of new training initiatives to enhance volunteer experience.
- Develops Volunteer Leader as part of volunteer progression pathways, e.g. leadership and / or mentoring opportunities.
- Maintains records of volunteer biodata, individual volunteer performance and volunteer activities in the volunteer management system.
- Prepares work reports on training and development of volunteers and other relevant statistics.
- Budget management and tracking related to job scope.

**Who You Are**:

- Meticulous with good communication, project management and writing skills
- Good Microsoft Excel office skills
- Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Independent, proactive and resourceful
