Executive Assistant to CEO’s Office

This position carries responsibilities of managing the CEO’s calendar, travel, Confidential payroll, and support in areas of HR, Admin and payments.
**A) **CEO office**
1. Manage meetings set up and keep calendar update at all times.
2. Interface with internal and external stakeholders for meetings.
3. Interaction with Chairman’s office for meetings
4. Plan travel and all related activities such as ticketing, accommodation booking, travel agenda and meetings set up
5. Interaction with Corporate secretarial services on receiving and sending CEO’s responses to Board and Shareholders minutes.
**B) **HR matters**
1. Process payroll for Singapore employees through 3rd party vendor
2. Preparing and issuing appointment letters to new hires in Singapore and Global managers as instructed by CEO.
3. Maintain employee files, update them for changes, annual appraisals, etc
4. Work with CEO on bonus and increments as required
5. Interface with MOH as and when required
7. Handle confidential pay of overseas managers.
**C) **Payments & Expenses claims**
1. Validate and process claims of CEO and other managers whose claims that come to CEO for approval.
2. Process payments relating to Singapore office through designated accounting software and online banking system.
**Skills and experience required for the role**:
a) Possess a Bachelors degree in any discipline.
b) Work experience of 5 years supporting a C-suite position.
c) Attention to detail and meticulous work ethic.
d) Interest to learn new dimensions offered by the role.
e) Strong interpersonal skills
