You will manage SingHealth projects on cluster-wide and analytics initiatives. As the overall lead, you will bring stakeholders, vendors and business partners together to plan, prioritise and execute analytics initiatives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
You will effectively communicate the status, value and importance of data and analytics projects to senior management and staff.
**Job Requirements**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operation Research, Physics or other quantitative disciplines
- A Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines will be an added advantage
- 10 years of relevant working experience in project management and technical solutions delivery, including at least 5 years of experience in Big Data and Analytics Proficiency in Machine Learning and Data Engineering
- Possess deep understanding of big data techniques (Hadoop Map Reduce, Hive, Pig, Spark) and BI/Visualisation Tools (OBIEE, Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience working in database tools, technology and architecture and cloud-based analytics platforms
- Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations and comfortable with change in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An analytical problem solver with ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills to document solutions, use cases and recommendations
