*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Senior Python AI Engineer* to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to address complex challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to build scalable AI systems and drive innovation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *AI/ML Solution Development:*
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment.

2. *Python Development:*
- Develop APIs, libraries, and tools to support AI functionalities.

3. *Data Handling and Preprocessing:*
- Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and prepare data for modeling.
- Implement robust data pipelines and ETL processes.

4. *Deployment and Integration:*
- Deploy AI models in production environments using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.

5. *Collaboration and Mentorship:*
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

6. *Research and Innovation:*
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Explore new technologies and frameworks to enhance AI capabilities.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- *Educational Background:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- *Experience:* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML.
- *Technical Expertise:*
- Proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and big data technologies.
- *Soft Skills:*
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience with AI-driven products or projects in domains like healthcare, finance, or retail.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
