Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Python Engineer to join our team supporting the development and validation of Generative AI (GenAI)systems for our client, DMO . The successful candidate will work on safety, compliance, and validation frameworks for Large Language Model (LLM) applications — particularly focusing on Guardrail integrations and RAG pipelines . Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python scripts for testing and validating Generative AI models. Integrate and customize Guardrail AI libraries to enforce output safety, reliability, and compliance. Design validation frameworks for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)systems. Collaborate closely with AI Governance and Product teams to ensure secure and robust GenAI solutions. Contribute to automation, documentation, and performance optimization of GenAI validation pipelines. Requirements Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices. Hands-on experience with Generative AI architectures (minimum 1 year). At least 3 years' experience in AI / ML Engineering or related fields. Familiarity with LLM evaluation and safety frameworks such as Guardrail AI, Nemo Guardrails, or Llama Guard. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks is an advantage. Knowledge of prompt engineering and model governance is desirable. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
