Marketing Manager

**Job Description**:
- Develop, design and grow the company's social media presence as measured by Posting campaigns, followers, likes;
- Assist in the content creation and graphic design of online marketing campaigns, including the design of brochures, newsletters, banners and website posters;
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to better understand objectives, deliver solutions, and create relevant promotional campaigns;
- Plan, design and execute advertising campaigns for the above channels to generate leads and facilitate their conversion;
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and closely track the effectiveness and results of marketing campaigns for further analysis;
- Manage social media (wechat, Facebook);
- Write content for websites, social media accounts, press releases and brochures.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Familiar with Facebook, wechat and other digital marketing platforms
- Fluent in Chinese (oral and written)
- Strong team player with leadership skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales teams
- Excellent organizational and event management skills
- Familiar with design software and techniques (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
