**Roles & Responsibilities**

Lion City Sailors F.C. is looking for a Development Coach for the Academy.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Implement the Academy playing philosophy: principles and style of play
- Adapt to Academy coaching philosophy: Philosophy of Interconnectivity
- Adapt to Academy Terminology: clear and consistent messages
- Work in conjunction with TD to plan, deliver and review Development sessions
- Lead preparations and manage all aspects of the U15 games
- Ensure that periodization program is strictly followed with our HOP
- Organize and lead PDP and review talks with each player individually
- Provide squad development progression reports (every 6 weeks)
- Discuss team and squad selections with TD prior to each fixture
- Create and store (digitally) every training session
- Adopt usage of all academy pre-defined tools (Analyses, management )
- Create full video analyses for your team/player via Hudl
- Store and keep track of all relevant team/individual information
- Mentor coaches from Foundation Phase
- Assist the Head of Foundation phase to create fully structured program
- Any other duties as required within the reasonable demands of the role
- **Minimum of 3-year experience in a top European Academy as a Head Coach**:

- Experience of working with players in U13/U15/U17 age groups;
- Is UEFA “A” Licensed coach
- Has other UEFA Elite Youth level licenses (preferably)
- Has a coach education experience (preferably)
- Has graduated from college/university with major in pedagogy (preferably)
- Committed, enthusiastic and passionate about the development of youth footballers
- Strong communication skills set to liaise with players/parents
- Strong IT skills and commitment towards entering and keeping data
- Able to adapt to the demands of the job and needs of the players/staff
- Dedicated to self-improvement and continuous professional development
- Willing to follow and promote the philosophy of the Club
