**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Pastor-in-Charge your primary responsibilities initially will be to:

- Oversee all cell groups; leading, equipping leaders, and members in cell life
- Implement and connect every worshipper in the church to the cell ministry
- Plan and execute regular cell training, ensuring the regular formation of cell leaders
- Identify, develop, and/or select cell group curriculum and study materials including overseeing/preparing Sunday sermon reflection questions for cell discussion
- Oversee the administration and running of the cell ministry
- Project and maintain the annual plan and budget of the ministry
- Provide pastoral care and support in the church
- Visit Cell Groups and Cell Group Leaders

**Other Responsibilities**
- Supporting the work of the Discipleship & Nurture Ministry
- Undertake other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Pastor-In-Charge from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology or Divinity will be preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to mentor and develop cell leaders
- Experience in pastoral care or cell groups would be an asset
- Able to receive instructions given by the pastors and execute the work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and resourceful
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
