**Company overview**
**Responsibilities**
1. Global coordination of Future Digital Initiatives, Proof Of Concepts and Pilots
2. Assist with capture, formulation and articulation of use cases, business cases and prioritization of possible projects
3. Participate in due diligence, financial modelling and/or market research related to fintech, digital assets, data and other possible market infrastructure projects
4. Champion adoption of new digital platforms and ensure global alignment
5. Work with IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Market Data or other relevant functions to onboard new technology to the bank
6. Assist with strategy definition of the Future Digital program and communication to Nomura stakeholders across the Front Office and Corporate functions
7. Track innovation trends, emerging technologies and market leading peers within the digital transformation and innovation space. Bring new opportunities to the team for collaboration, implementation or investment
8. Liaise with relevant functions across corporate, build and foster good working relationships with them. Partner closely to deliver Global innovation and culture change programs of work
9. Work with global team on strategic initiatives and program manage the associated portfolio

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering change to financial institutions and working on change projects
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in communicating with international teams
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy and execution in one or more of our focus areas:
a) Fintech, Digital Assets & Market Infrastructure - including the evolving regulatory framework
b) Traditional Finance - Global Markets trading, structuring, research & strategy.
c) Culture Change - Delivery of Hackathons, digital training initiatives and development of communication plans
5. Minimum a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution
6. Self-starter, proactive and a positive attitude
7. Able to work independently and coordinate with key stakeholders within the firm
8. Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment, and under pressure
9. Fluent in spoken and written English
