Digital Transformation Associate Location: Singapore Company: SmartStickies Type: Full-time | Hybrid About SmartStickies SmartStickies is a retail technology company reshaping the future of shopping through smart automation and self-service retail. Our Retail stores enable brands to deploy self-checkout solutions, AI-powered kiosks, and interactive product experiences, all without mobile apps or expensive infrastructure. We're expanding rapidly across Singapore and soon in Southeast Asia and driving innovation through digital transformation. The Role This is an entry-level role tailored for individuals without prior experience. You'll receive structured training to support SmartStickies' transformation efforts by enhancing internal workflows and client onboarding with digital, data-driven retail tools. This role will be responsible for analyzing our business environment, identifying digital opportunities, driving data-backed decisions, and managing cross-functional innovation projects. You'll work closely with leadership to shape SmartStickies' growth trajectory and ensure seamless integration of technology into our business model. Key Responsibilities Assist in digitizing retail processes (e.g., customer engagement, inventory tracking, merchant onboarding) Support development and deployment of dashboard/digital tools for internal/external use Conduct basic data analysis to derive insights on customer behavior or product usage Help coordinate change management and client support during implementation Document workflows, training guides, and post-implementation outcomes Monitor retail trends and support ongoing digital strategy refinement What We're Looking For Entry-level and/or Mid-career professionals seeking transformation into Retail Tech Role Candidates must have completed their studies or National Service at least two years prior. No prior automation or analytics experience required-full training provided Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills Other Information: Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm) Might require working on weekends if there are events.
