Key job responsibilities
- Support the Principal Post Production Executive, Southeast Asia Scripted Series and the rest of the Southeast Asia Scripted Series Post Executives in all department-related and series-related projects, internal and external requests and special team initiatives in relation to Scripted Series led by the Amazon Studios international team
- Support Post Executives in compiling, distributing, and collecting post production documents across multiple territory verticals
- Facilitate communication and set team meetings
- Support Post Executives in managing cuts distribution lists
- Work towards improving and standardizing post workflows
- Compare bids across shows and post budget templates to support recommendations to the international team
- Assist with Post team training and workshops
- Work closely with other Post Coordinators to develop best practices
- Travel as required
- Multi-lingual
- Professional experience in multinational corporations
- Professional experience in multicultural or international settings
- Experience leveraging and improving internal tools
- Experience with Movie Magic Budgeting
- Experience organizing events in multiple locations
- Problem solver
- Organized and with great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
