DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager, Philanthropy Ventures

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Non-Profit Capability Development: Develop series of events or learning journeys to help build capabilities in fundraising, non-profit management and philanthropy.
- Programme Design: Support the design for the Colabs series and other identified programmes.
- Facilitation: Facilitate programme sessions, workshops, and training events with professionalism, energy, and expertise.
- Community Engagement: Support the plans to foster vibrant and inclusive communities that lead to creating impact, including the Colabs Action Networks.
- Partnership and relationship management: Identify and nurture relationships with potential and existing partners and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in sociology, business or social sciences
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a community manager with business-related networks
- Experience with Family Business, high net worth individuals or other corporate networks
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector
- Able to independently network and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Able to facilitate workshops or small group discussions
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs and facilitate learning experiences
- The expertise to design learning solutions and development plans that align with the identified needs
- Openness to embrace new ideas, ways of working, learning and proactively giving and welcoming feedback
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable with complexity and working with a high degree of uncertainty
