**Human Resource & Administration Executive**
**Role**:The Human Resource & Administration Executive shall have a good working knowledge in demonstrating and leading transformational change, building positive work culture, and managing the entire HR and Administrative process. This includes but not limited to:
- Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Conducting employee onboarding including employee induction / orientation, employment contract, and logistics issuance.
- Ensuring timely update of employees’ database, proper filing system, and smooth office administration including attendance checking & verification.
- Payroll administration and calculation of salary payments (e.g. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
- Administration workmen compensation, MOM reporting, PLRD, insurance claim, etc.
- Conducting Employee Exit Interview.
- Scheduling bank payments and payroll transactions in a timely manne.
- Processing and monitoring IR21, NS Claims and Government paid Leave claims in a timely manner.
- Managing recruitment cycle and processing and working with the Operations Department on staffing requirements.
- Rendering assistance to employees as part of the employee welfare assistance on matters concerning employee relations issues, compensation, and benefits matter.
- Designing and proposing HR initiatives, and other HR matters for the benefit of the employees.
- Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, welfare provisions, and employee benefits.
- Implement Progressive Disciplinary Procedures for Employees.
- Ensuring that HR best practices, policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations and Government mandate.
- Serve as a link between management and employees and providing response to employees' enquires on HR-related matters such as Payroll, Leaves, Salary matters, etc.)
- Handling of Employee Grievance and managing appropriate resolution for employee relations concerns.
- Providing support and guidance for the SACE Exercise.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in HR administration or similar role
- Possess excellent decision making, strategic thinking, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills.
- Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act and labor legislation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- High attention-to-detail
- Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and result-oriented
- Team player and willing to learn
