NETS Solutions is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary. It develops payment infrastructure and transaction processing solutions for central banks, banks and clearing houses in Singapore and the region.
**Position Overview**
The Regional Centre Officer will be a part of the Bureau Services division of NETS Solutions Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the NETS Group. The incumbent will report to a Regional Centre Manager and is responsible for leading a team of Supervisors and Process Operators in delivering on operational goals and targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
Overall Team Management
- Assist the RC Manager in executing operational strategies and set directions to meet business objectives.
- Drive team members to work effectively and efficiently to deliver against service level performance measures.
Drive Operational Effectiveness
- Set clear team goals and assist the Regional Centre Manager in driving effectiveness and efficiency of the operations unit
- Monitor team’s performance and support the Regional Centre Manager in ensuring that business objectives and customer’s SLAs are met
- Provide regular review, standardisation and updating of operational procedures
- Assist in developing and executing business continuity plans and regular testing for effectiveness
- Provide support in completing UAT testing for projects related to operations
- Support a culture of process improvements
Operational Risk Management
- Assist the Regional Centre Manager in driving an environment of risk-mindedness within the operations unit
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely escalation of incidents and production issues
People Management
- Create an inspiring team environment that promotes a culture of teamwork
- Motivate and nurture team members by identifying training needs and providing regular coaching on quality and productivity
Strengthen Client Relationships
- Serve as a liaison to customers on day-to-day operational concerns or escalations
- Conduct monthly service review meeting
Support Revenue Strategies and Business Initiative
- Assist in ensuring successful project implementation by ensuring that UATs are completed timely and accurately
- Assist in completing UAT documentation timely and accurately
**Requirements**:
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in operations management
- Cheque clearing experience is an advantage
- Experience in managing a team
- Good overall communication skills
- Process-focused and able to lead teams in driving process improvements
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Strong team player who is able to work with other teams to achieve goals
