K12 - TEACHER (OVERSEAS POSTING)

Invictus International School is hiring for our overseas campuses Have a keen interest in working overseas in Hong Kong, Cambodia, or Thailand?

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To carry out the professional duties of a teacher as circumstances may require and in accordance with the school’s policies under the direction of the school’s Principal.
- To conduct assessment, recording and reporting on the work of students and attending Parents’ Meetings to meet parents and discuss the progress of individual students
- To set appropriate individual student targets in line with the school and departmental targets/policy
- To undertake appropriate training including INSET days at the start of each term
- Promoting and participating in your own continuous professional development:

- To be involved in Co or Extra Curricular Activities and school event days
- To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Education/ Teaching or equivalent
- Higher degree or recognized professional qualification (preferred) Evidence of continued relevant professional development
- TPGDE and/or PGCE is preferable. Preferably a Teacher’s Licence (NIE certification)
- More than 5 years of teaching experience in a similar or related environment
- Demonstrate an acute and deep understanding of a primary/ secondary school curriculum
- Teaching or pedagogical skills
- Passion for developing young learners
