Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd. opens a position of a LNG Contract Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Singapore and take part in the company’s increasing presence in the global LNG marketplace. The position is to be a trusted partner to the LNG commercial team on contract-related questions and provide support with contract expertise.

**Main Responsibilities:
- Being first point of contact regarding Master Sales & Purchase Agreements (MSPAs) matters;
- Reviewing and negotiating MSPAs with external counterparts in close cooperation with colleagues from commercial, legal, finance, risk and operations teams;
- Managing the deal process from pre-deal through the post-deal stage: (i) advising on deal

structure and risk; (ii) drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements; and (iii) advising on post-deal complications, operational and contentious matters.
- Analysing potential issues and non-standard clauses arising under MSPAs;
- Leading and coordinating with internal stakeholders a proposed solution and negotiation strategy;
- Timely and efficiently finding solutions in the signed MSPAs during their lifecycle;
- Ensuring MSPA effective execution;
- Keeping up-dated database of the existing MSPAs.

**Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent;
- 5+ years of experience in LNG Contracts or Contracts related role;
- Strong expertise in LNG commercial contracts and related documents (Short-term Confirmation Notices, side-letters, mid-term and long-term Sale & Purchase Agreements, and Master Agreements.
- Fluent English;
- Attention to details, ability to proceed and analyse big amounts of data;
- Strong communication and coordination skills;
- Curiosity, desire to learn new things and go extra mile.
