- Group/Division Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for system integration, test and characterization. Define system and subsystem specifications- Provide training to manufacturing engineers and NPI engineers.- Support manufacturing and field service on optics and systems related escalations.- Document design, testing and diagnosis procedures to transfer the design to manufacturing.- Communicate status and changes on a periodic basis to management in the form of weekly reports and live presentation.- Maintain rigor within the group by demanding adherence to the planned strategy and calling for periodic reviews to determine if the plan needs to change. Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively with little supervision and achieve results in a timely manner- Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of technical issues resolution. Good problem solver who works well as part of a focused team.- Experience developing or supporting complex sensor and Imaging systems or assemblies- Experience in optoelectronics, sensor technology, microscopy, optics, or systems design/support.- Deep understanding of lithography and semiconductor manufacturing process- Excellent English communication skills are required.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Optics, or related fields with at least 3-5 years of work experience.
