Role Summary:
We are looking for an IT service technician to provide onsite and remote IT support to our employees. The IT technician will troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues to ensure a secured storage and communication system. You will also assist with basic IT projects and administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Onsite troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults
- Install and configure computer components like RAM, hard drives etc.
- Assist in customer data encription as requried relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
- Support new employee onboarding with laptop/desktop setup

**Requirements**:

- Minimum: Diploma in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Having experience in helpdesk or IT support role is preferred
- Working knowledge of operating systems like MacOS
- Understanding of computer components and peripherals
- Familiarity with remote access and troubleshooting tools
- Strong problem diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
