**Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves providing professional advice on eyewear products, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient shop operations. Assisting customers by recommending the most suitable spectacles or eyewear products, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Give professional advice on eyewear products, including lenses, frames, and accessories.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable spectacles based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Maintain shop operations, ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Manage inventory control by restocking shelves, ensuring products are in good condition, and conducting stock checks as required.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and helpful manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, sales, and returns.
- Ensure that all displays are neat and that products are appropriately displayed according to company standards.
- Stay informed about current eyewear trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Experience in the retail industry, ideally in eyewear or fashion is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Basic understanding of eyewear products, lenses, and frame styles is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and PHs.
