Retail Supervisor

Assist in the management of daily operations
- Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean, etc.
- Ensure all POS/VM materials and other collaterals being displayed at the shop floor are up-to date and displayed according to a standard visual merchandising standards
- To investigate on any stock variances
- Ensure team members are communicated with sales targets and all promotional/marketing activities
- Ensure team members follow the company policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise the staff in the stores to achieve sales target.
- To train retail associates on customer service and product knowledge
- Need to travel to outlets daily to check price tags of items and the overall of each outlet
- Any other ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
- Training is provided on company products
- Alcohol industry
- Working Location: Around Singapore (Depending on outlets)

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
