**Responsibilities**
- Ensure and track timely collection of monthly instalments
- Plan and execute vehicle movements, such as for servicing, inspection, viewings, deliveries, and inspections
- Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department, through liaising with various sales and admin stakeholders Provide internal stakeholders with necessary operations support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of automobile sales and leasing processes

**Other Requirements**
- Possess a valid Class 3 license
- Dependable able to multi-task
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Able to think critically Prior experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
