**Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable & Receivable**
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
**Bookkeeping & Data Entry**
- Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system.
- Record daily financial transactions, including expenses, revenue, and bank transactions.
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
**Financial Reporting**
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end closing.
- Generate and organize financial statements for management review.
**Payroll & Tax Compliance Support**
- Assist in processing payroll, including calculating wages and deductions.
- Ensure payroll records are up to date and comply with tax regulations.
**General Administrative Support**
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Provide support to the finance team on ad-hoc tasks as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
