Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily and monthly accounts receivable processing.
- Work with various business units to resolve account processing issues and ensure that all transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Manage the accounts receivable & general ledger for timely monthly financial closing and management reporting.
- Maintain accurate : 1) journal entries, schedules, and allocations 2) general ledger and 3) balance sheet account schedules and monitor for resolution.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of follow-up procedures and action plan for unreconciled items.
- Support strategic planning initiatives and participate in budgeting, cashflow monitoring and forecasting activities.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
- Organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Accounting, Finance or relevant field certificates
