Program Consultant or Clinical Supervisor

**What You Will Do**:
The incumbent will provide consultation and supervision to a team of Medical Social Workers, Art Therapist and other healthcare staff to plan, implement and deliver program that improves the quality of life for the patients and families using an evidence based approach.

The scope of work will generally encompass the following duties:

- Provide consultation and guidance to the team in the conceptualization, implementation and evaluation of Project Kindle
- Develop age-appropriate psychoeducation materials for use with parents, children, other stakeholders e.g schools
- Provide case consultation to Social Workers and Art Therapist on working with children and their families impacted by death, dying and loss.
- To provide clinical supervision to Art Therapist

**Who You Are**:

- Degree In Social Work and Art Psychotherapy
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Mature, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multi-tasking and time management skills
- Detailed resume
- Current and expected salary
- Two referees, both whom are your ex-supervisors who can comment on your suitability for the position
