The Hair Assistant is a vital support role within the salon, dedicated to enhancing the client experience while assisting hairstylists in delivering exceptional services. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining salon standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**:

- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, assisting with appointment preparations to create a welcoming environment.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
- **Preparation and Service Assistance**:

- Perform shampooing and conditioning services, preparing clients’ hair for cuts and color treatments.
- Supply stylists with necessary tools and materials during services to facilitate efficiency.
- **Salon Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring a tidy salon environment.
- Sweep hair and tidy the salon after each service to uphold professional standards.
- **Product Management**:

- Replenish and organize styling products and tools to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages to management as needed.
- **Support During Services**:

- Assist with various hair treatments and styling techniques under the direction of senior stylists, ensuring high-quality service.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Deliver friendly and professional service, addressing client inquiries and providing refreshments to enhance their experience.
- Foster positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- **Appointment Coordination**:

- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client flow for optimal salon efficiency.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation as required.
