Food Technologist

**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science/ or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in product development/culinary/dairy or food industry will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as a team member.
- Work-Life Balance, 5 working days
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm
- Location: Tai Seng
- Salary Range: Basic range $2400-$3000 + Variable bonus
- Annual Leave from 12 days
- H&S insurance + Dental/Medical benefits
- 3 months’ probation
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Engaged in R&D initiatives. To generate innovative products idea and recipes, ingredient substitution or consolidation and other key activities as assigned.
- Coordinates and provide technical support to Production Team and Sales team to meet customer’s request.
- Collaborate with QA/QC in new product development and product maintenance activities.
- Processing sample request and sample submission as required by customer.
- Source out new and alternative ingredients.
- Conduct sensory evaluation to improve the quality of products in flavour, colour, texture.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the R&D development kitchen.
- Opportunities to visit overseas customer when required.
