**Job Description
The main responsibilities of a Composite Fabrication Specialist are to support the operations department in designing, characterisation and producing composite hardware.
- To understand different types of engineering reinforcements and matrix
- To support in producing various engineering preforms
- To support with engineering test coupon fabrications for mechanical properties database build-up
- To support with mechanical testing of the coupon specimens

**Job Requirements
1. Preferably completed a Course/Diploma in Aerospace/Mechanical/Materials Engineering, students in other disciplines and keen on composites are welcome to apply

2. Strong knowledge/interest in mechanics of materials, composite fabrication processes

3. Able to interpret engineering drawings, instructional/process sheets to determine the work to be carried out

4. Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with little to no supervision

5. Able to work well in a team, a team player

6. Excellent communication skills - must be able to interface well with other engineers

7. Interest in CAD design, engineering simulation and testing an added advantage
