Job Highlights
- Physiotherapy Clinic 5 mins from Tan Kah Kee (DT Line) or Botanic Gardens (DT/Circle line) MRT
- Good team player. Customer-oriented. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Perform front desks duties - Answering of phone calls/ enquiries, scheduling of patient appointments, appointment reminders, helping patient with registration.
- Ensuring cleanliness of clinic (e.g. vacumm/mop and wipe down high touch surfaces)
- Inventory control of clinic supplies. Stock taking and ordering of stocks.
- General admin work and ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Min. GCE O Levels and above
- Prior customer service experience in the Healthcare/Medical Industry will be an advantage
- Computer literacy essential. Experience with Clinic Content Management System (CMS) is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
