Job Description

  • Perform front desks duties – Answering of phone calls/ enquiries, scheduling of patient appointments, appointment reminders, helping patient with registration.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of clinic (e.g. vacumm/mop and wipe down high touch surfaces)
  • Inventory control of clinic supplies. Stock taking and ordering of stocks.
  • General admin work and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Min. GCE O Levels and above
  • Prior customer service experience in the Healthcare/Medical Industry will be an advantage
  • Computer literacy essential. Experience with Clinic Content Management System (CMS) is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
