**Responsibilities**:

- To analyze and capture on treasury performance and market and liquidity risk
- To oversee trading activities in Singapore and potentially other locations in APAC, including FX, fixed income and derivatives trading
- To implement business plan to develop treasury capabilities
- To manage budget control, general affairs business as usual compliance, and progress of activities
- To identify and manage risks associated with the bank's treasury and global markets trading activities
- To ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- To develop and maintain relationship with key internal and external stakeholders

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor or more degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of banking regulations in major jurisdictions include Japan and Singapore
- 5+ years of experience in treasury or trading on global markets products
- Proficiency in Japanese language in preferred for regular communication with the head office in Japan as the reports and presentation will need to in Japanese
- Project leading coaching and training skills and experiences
- Integrity

- Team player
