**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Build and maintain trusted relationships**: Own follow-ups, host regular check-ins, and cultivate executive-level relationships that result in long-term collaborations.
- ** Shape business solutions with partners**: Work closely with partners to uncover challenges, co-develop integration use cases, and position Manus’s solutions to deliver measurable ROI.
- ** Be the product-partner bridge**: Develop deep product knowledge and fluency in technical requirements to confidently translate between partner needs and product capabilities.
- ** Lead negotiations & influence outcomes**: Run partnership discussions with senior stakeholders, aligning on business terms, timelines, and shared objectives.
- ** Full lifecycle ownership**: Take charge from prospecting through solution scoping, onboarding, launch execution, and ongoing performance tracking.
- ** Measure & optimize impact**: Track KPIs, analyze partnership outcomes, and propose strategies to maximize mutual value and scalability.
- ** Collaborate cross-functionally**: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and strategically aligned.
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in **partnerships, business development, solution sales, or enterprise SaaS**
- Proven track record of **business solutioning and/or product marketing**—turning partner needs into actionable, high-impact use cases
- Ability to engage in both **business and technical discussions** with confidence
- Exceptional research and problem-solving skills; able to identify and unlock strategic opportunities
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple partnership cycles simultaneously
