Description Join to apply for the GTM Partnership/BD Manager role at Manus AI About The Job Responsibilities Drive partnership strategy & pipeline: Independently source, qualify, and manage a pipeline of strategic partners through person networks, outreach email, LinkedIn, calls, and events. Build and maintain trusted relationships: Own follow-ups, host regular check-ins, and cultivate executive-level relationships that result in long-term collaborations. Shape business solutions with partners: Work closely with partners to uncover challenges, co-develop integration use cases, and position Manus’s solutions to deliver measurable ROI. Be the product–partner bridge: Develop deep product knowledge and fluency in technical requirements to confidently translate between partner needs and product capabilities. Lead negotiations & influence outcomes: Run partnership discussions with senior stakeholders, aligning on business terms, timelines, and shared objectives. Full lifecycle ownership: Take charge from prospecting through solution scoping, onboarding, launch execution, and ongoing performance tracking. Measure & optimize impact: Track KPIs, analyze partnership outcomes, and propose strategies to maximize mutual value and scalability. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and strategically aligned. Requirements 2–5 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, solution sales, or enterprise SaaS Proven track record of business solutioning and/or product marketing—turning partner needs into actionable, high-impact use cases Ability to engage in both business and technical discussions with confidence Strong communication skills across email, calls, presentations, and executive-level meetings Exceptional research and problem-solving skills; able to identify and unlock strategic opportunities Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple partnership cycles simultaneously About Manus AI Manus is a general AI agent that bridges minds and actions: it doesn't just think, it delivers results.
