**Primary Objective(s) of Position**
- Achieve the sales target and revenue growth through developing new customer bases and offering suitable logistics services or solutions
- Gather market intelligence and build strong working relationship internally and externally to achieve high customer satisfaction

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies
- Conduct Marketplace intelligence and research
- Identify and enlarge targeted customer base and industry
- Promote service offerings to customers and prospects
- Develop pricing and business models based on customer needs
- Preparation and submission of proposals to customers
- Respond and follow-up on customers’ enquiries and requests
- Communicate customer expectations internally and with vendors
- Provide timely and accurate information on industry or customers’ intelligence
- Collate and submit sales reports and analysis
- Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries
- Responsible for hunting of new customers and growth areas
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

**Person Specifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Sales or any other discipline relevant to the supply chain or logistics industry
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain
- Good presentation and communication skills
