[What the role is]
You will lead the strategic change management initiatives to drive awareness and engagement of users for the Tourism Information and Services Hub (TIH), a one-stop digital resource platform developed by STB for businesses to access relevant information on Singapore’s tourism offerings and marketing media assets.
As part of STB's Tcube Learn-Test-Build framework, TIH is dedicated to empowering tourism businesses with diverse content and digital tools to elevate Singapore's discoverability and drive their technological transformation. This pivotal role involves spearheading collaborative efforts with STB staff and external stakeholders to enhance user engagement and facilitate effective change management communications for TIH within the Singapore tourism industry.
**[What you will be working on]**
As the TIH Change Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing the overarching change management strategy of TIH - ensuring awareness and effective communications of TIH to our target audience (industry tourism stakeholders, tech developers in Singapore and globally). Key responsibilities includes:
1.Change Management for the tourism industry : Champion the regular engagement of registered users of TIH through timely and effective communication initiatives. This involves the following:
- Plan and implement awareness/engagement initiatives, such as industry engagement sessions and activities, seminars and trainings to drive usage and timely communication of TIH feature updates,
- Work closely with TIH Product team to track, report and analyse the adoption and usage of TIH,
- Develop and execute regular surveys of user feedback for TIH,
- Working with STB-appointed vendor and with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of TIH feature updates,
- Working with our STB-appointed vendor to develop communications materials (e.g. EDMs, self-help guides/videos on TIH website) to support and engage TIH user.
2. Change Management within STB: Develop and implement strategies to promote awareness of TIH among STB staff, enabling effectively advocation for adoption and active usage with tourism stakeholders. This includes developing strategy, plans and initiatives through internal communications, activities, and targeted training/refresher sessions.
3.Change Management for tech developers: Support TIH Product team to drive awareness and adoption of TIH, so that developers can leverage TIH to create innovative visitor experience solutions for the tourism industry.
4.Building and Maintaining Key relationships: Cultivate good working relationships and partnerships within STB, government agencies and industry stakeholders, and effectively communicate across all levels in the relevant organisations.
