**Content Creator Position Summary**:
You will be responsible for developing, producing, and distributing high-quality content across various digital platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging and compelling written, visual, and multimedia content to attract and retain the target audience. You will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Conduct research to identify trending topics, keywords, and target audience preferences.
- Plan and organize content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of content across different platforms.
Content Creation:
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging and informative blog posts, articles, social media captions, website copy, and other written content.
- Formulate compelling visual content, including infographics, images, and videos, & work together with our creative team to ensure consistent brand image.
- Work with our SEO team to optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure it meets brand guidelines and standards.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update social media platforms, such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube.
- Develop creative and engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from the audience in a timely and professional manner.
Content Promotion and Distribution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize content distribution strategies.
Content Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and product, to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate with external contributors, such as freelance writers, photographers, and videographers, to create diverse and engaging content.
Industry and Market Research:
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in social media platforms.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS)
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track content performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
