Admin Indoor Sales

**Job Scope**:
- Manage customer service schedules and coordinate with technicians on service appointments and job assignments.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory of service materials
- Schedule aircon cleaning/servicing appointments with customers.
- Provide pre
- and post-service support (confirmations, feedback collection).
- Handle customer complaints or service rescheduling efficiently.
- Explain service packages, promotions, and pricing to phone-in customers.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., chemical cleaning, maintenance packages) and maintain monthly sales.
- Support field team by ensuring smooth job execution (route planning, etc.).
- Liaise with marketing team (if any) for campaigns or promotions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles (experience in servicing/maintenance industry is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
**Work Schedule**
- Full-time role 9am-6pm (5.5days).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
